Many nonprofits do not have the budget or volume to hire an experienced accountant to properly close the books and prepare monthly financial statements. We provide these services, customized to meet the needs of your agency. Generally, the client is responsible for paying bills, making bank deposits, interfacing with a payroll service, and remitting a monthly package of information to us. We integrate the information into our accounting software (which has been customized specifically for your agency) through a combination of data entry and download, reconcile bank accounts, make necessary journal entries, and produce financial statements. Financial statements are generally provided within five days of receipt of client information, achieving the goal of having financial statements for monthly board meetings. In addition, we are available to act as your Controller, assuring that you have professional-level advice on a regular basis.
